Fairly easy to use (good for those who don’t want to spend time learning everything about website building from scratch)

Able to show whatever you want to show but can not interact with the visitors (you can see it as a newspaper)
Downsides
Charges on unlocking advanced tools.
Lots of design options but still limited (you might not be able to build the website that you have in your head).
Take a fair while to understand the relationship between Bluehost and WordPress.
PC and tablet web designs are not separated (there is a fair chance that your design looks good on a PC browser but looks bad on a tablet browser).
